Actually no. Touhou is the actual game, while IOSYS is an independent band that makes remixes of the Touhou songs. For example, Marisa Stole the Precious Thing, by IOSYS, is just a remix of Doll Judgement.

Oh! Now I get it ^^ I knew Touhou had a game but I thought they were just the same thing >w< I wish I could find a good download of the game ^^" I've seen it being played on youtube but I could never find a download :/

You can get the older ones for free at 4chan.org. You have to be over 18, or at least say you're over 18 to access the section called /rs/, for rapidshares. Search for something like..."Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil" or "Perfect Cherry Blossom" for download links. I'd say that the easiest Touhou game (at least for me) was Imperishable Night, so I'd get that one first. ;)
